Can they search all parts of your vehicle? Can they search you and your passenger? If so, how extensively? Can they legally search your luggage, the passenger's plastic bag and your moms locked box? Can the police seize the property found in the vehicle?

Yes. If the police have probable cause they may search the vehicle if it is in a public place (with or without your consent). Anything they find in the vehicle that is contraband can be seized and used as evidence against you or others.
They can also search the vehicle for a variety of other reasons.

Your question is a little vague but in a nutshell the answer to your entire question is yes.

Side note. Locked containers can be searched under some search guidelines. Including Carroll Doctrine (the case law above).

No, not without probable cause. They can visually inspect the inside from outside. If they see something from outside the car that gives them probable cause to suspect something, they can then search your vehicle. An example would be seeing a joint on the floorboard, or if they have a dog that is trained to smell drugs and he goes nuts, they can search.

If the cop wants to search your car, he will search it whether by intimidating you into giving him permission or by making up some BS probable cause reason. Here in South Florida they do it all the time.

Nobody can answer your question because it doesn't have enough info. You can either tell us what happened, or give a more specific scenario.

A general answer to your question is yes. Depending on the circumstances they can do all of the things you listed above.

Legally, there are limits to what they can do. In actuality, they can do anything they want. They can murder you and get away with it.
