Does anyone have the Nov 07 Cooking light magazine?

I am looking for nutrition info on pasta & chicken recipe somewhere near page 240. It has asperagus and basil also. By the way, its a great recipe.

Either I haven't received it yet, or my hubby threw it out! I checked the online site and searched, and apparently they haven't loaded the Nov. recipes yet. Sorry!
