Interesting take on this.......... Of course, I'm sure you're joking. At least you put yourself in the same company of those you call 'bad'. I suppose you have 'levels' of bad - like 'levels' of sin - right! Ha! Sorry, my friend, the ground is level under the cross. All have fallen short of the glory of God.
Soooooooooo, if I were you, I wouldn't live my life on a 'feel good chance' that I'm going to Heaven. I'd take care of business (if you haven't already). And remember, in regard to all parties being wrong, two wrongs don't make a right - right! Grace to you!

the BAD and EVIL exist:
a) to test our own faith and character - will we fall under its influence or will we fight it and become better and better
b) to remind us of the things we should never ever do - coz people easily forget things of that sort
c) because the satan has been approved to do his evil deed till the Doomsday - and he is really dedicated to his stupid work, thats why there is more and more evil in the world, and we need to fight it in order to preserve at least a bit of sanity in today's society
d) since only GOD knows what is in our hearts - ok, yes, i can be happy coz im not a mass murderer or somethin of that sort - but generally speaking im not happy because someone is evil and im not; on the contrary, i wish that someone will see his/her mistakes and change, but im happy for example when i see someone truly good and caring and i wanna be like him/her. dont give urself satisfaction when u see someone WORSE, but look up to those who r BETTER so u could find inspiration to BECOME BETTER urself.
