If your sure you love them, do it. That's the only way you'll find out what their feelings are. You might get a no from them. but you will find out .

If you don't say anything you may never know how they feel. You can find a way to tell them that you love them without saying anything. Give them an affectionate hug, and a kiss. They will return the favor either friendly like or they will just peck a little on the cheek.
If you kiss him on the cheek and he touches his cheek, tell him what you want.. he may feel some of the same emotions and just be a man and not know how to say it.

No.. don't tell the other person the "L" word unless you TRULY feel it. Its wrong. B/c as time goes on.. you might still be saying it to the other person, and they might be falling deeper and deeper in love with you. And you wont feel the same way.. Think of how hard it would be on the other person if you break their heart? Just take your time.. tell them you don't "love" them yet.. but tell them that you care about them.. alot. He should understand.

I would say yes because the other half may be waiting for u to say it first. Sometimes couples think that if they tell their partner the "L" word, then they'll scare him/her off. When u do it, u may want to explain y u love them or they might get the impression that u r rushing the relationship.

well..it's easier to say no...bcoz then you don't have to live with the fear of getting rejected..BUT i honestly think you should. not only does it show that you have guts and confidence, but it shows that you can be honest to the person and yourself as well, even though you might get rejected. life is about taking chances..if you don't you would never succeed...so why hold back? you only live once!
