Hooray! Welcome back.
No. Despite the fact that some parsons want to control their parish none of them deserve to go to Hell.

Well all the parish parsons that I have met were pretty decent people. A few had made some pretty big mistakes but I don't think they deserve to go to hell! :) If we truly have a loving and merciful God then no one will go to hell for an eternity.

All parsons and persons deserve hell for eternity, but through the grace of God not all parsons or persons will go to hell for all eternity!

Any "parson", well I've heard of quite a few that should. Jim Baker comes to mind.
Person? Jeffrey Dahlmer, BTK killer, Hitler, there are a few that deserve an eternity.
But, alas, no heaven, no hell. Just the here and now.
Speaking of evil that should be punished... Scott Peterson (killed his pregnant wife Laci) keeps getting attacked in prison by Richard Ramirez (the NightStalker killer), if true, I say yeah!

Excellent question.
Back in the day, Hell seemed like a good idea for those who were considered by society to be "evil." Evil, by its very definition meant someone who acted outside what was considered to be socially acceptable. The murderer. The thief. The rapist. All those who did not give one wit for anyone but themselves and would do whatever they needed to do, no matter the consequences, to satisfy their needs.
Today, we know this person is broken. There's something missing in their character; their psychology. They are unable to love or empathize with another human being. We classify individuals like this as psychopaths. We study them in an attempt to understand what made them that way. We still consider their acts to be "evil" but we understand, unlike 2000 year ago, that something made them that way. In a very real sense, with some vital piece missing in their make-up, they are not responsible for their actions. They are compelled to do what they do without a fundamental, visceral understanding of the havoc they create.
Hell is not the right place for them. If they were sent to Hell, they would have no understanding as to why they were put there. In Hell, there would be no opportunity for growth for even a broken psychopath should be afforded the opportunity to become whole.
This is why I love the idea of reincarnation. It provides an opportunity to come back, do it again, and hopefully to get it right this time. Unlike the finality of Hell, reincarnation provides the opportunity for growth in all levels of human existence. That being the case...
No one, no matter the circumstances, should go to Hell.

No, parsons don't have enough power to be able to cause enough evil to deserve being damned eternally. To be able to do something that nasty, you would have to have the power of a pope.

For a person: Only if the judge is a cruel, unfair jackass.
For a parson: Definitely yes

No one deserves eternal punishment. Maybe for a limited time based on the offense, but not eternal.

No. Neither does anyone deserve Heaven. Try not to think about it like a reward or punishment based on merit. Your ability to live eternally and thus to guide your own spiritual development here and hereafter resides completely within yourself.

Nobody deserves to go to Hell.
Besides, who can blame parsons for being enterprising, entrepreneurial money grubbers?
