Grab a large re-sealable plastic container. Tear some lettuce and throw it in the bowl. Add 1 can drained olives, 3 tomatoes cut into wedges, 1 or 2 sliced cucumbers if you have them and seal the container. Bring the salad dressing with you. When you arrive, toss it and serve with dressing.

Not that fast sweety! Stop at the deli & grab ready made!
This is very good for when you have a few extrea minutes*
For those of us who prefer not to eat the meat you can leave off the bacon or add bacon flavor bits*
This dish is fast, simple, and tastes great for low-carbers and non-low-carbers alike. It's a great side to bring to a summer barbeque or picnic. It's full of flavor and a snap to prepare.
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen cauliflower florets
1 cup ranch dressing (most brands have 1 gram of carbohydrates or less)
1 cup shredded Cheddar
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 scallions
Defrost the frozen broccoli and cauliflower in the microwave for approximately 5 minutes. They should come out still cold, but not icy.
Toss broccoli and cauliflower with the ranch dressing and make sure that all pieces are evenly coated. Add the shredded Cheddar and bacon and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or as long as overnight.
Thinly slice the green onions on an angle and sprinkle on top of the salad for garnish.

Run to the local deli and grab some macaroni salad or whatever looks good. Or take bags of salad and toss with ceasar dressing, add croutons and some parmasean shredded cheese. If you had more time, you could boil some pasta shells, spirals or what ever kind you wanted. Rinse in cold running water and drain. Add a bottle of Italian dressing, throw in some pepparoni slices and black olives and an instant salad.

Well, if that's the case, you do have a couple of choices...
stop at the store, and get a couple bags of ready made salad mix, and some cooked chicken breast pieces, also some grape tomatoes, avocado and salad dressing...poor the salad mix in a large bowl , and put the tomatoes and avocadoes on top. Next, place the chicken on top of that...and voila! Instant chicken salad.Just let everyone add their own dressing!
Or for a sweet salad, get a couple of cans of fruit cocktail, (drain the syrup), add some apple slices and banana, and a lttle dab of miracle whip or mayo(sounds weird, but tastes good), and you have an instant dessert salad!

Get all precut veggies, throw them in a tupperware and shake it around, add dressing if desired---
Even better buy the bags of Caesar Salad Mix- they come with salad, croutons, grated cheese and a awesome dressing- it is very impressive yet effortless!

Go to the grocery store and hit the salad bar section and grab all the fixins already cut up and ready to go... Or go to a buffet place and buy it from the salad bar ! You'll pay a little more but, all the work is already done.. .Your question is a bit on the vague side since we don't know what you have in your fridge to work with... Also, don't forget the dressing...
