Enjoy! Most cheeses get better with age! They are the product of mold anyways so what can go wrong? Well maybe you should taste the Ricotta since it is a "wet" cheese. The fluid(soured milk) in it could go bad.

The expiration date is on the package to let you know when it's not safe to consume. If it wasn't frozen, don't take chances. Cheeses like those do not get better with age...they spoil. Cheese is a dairy product..and soft cheeses spoil fast like milk.

Rule to live by...When in doubt, throw it out.

Ricotta's probably okay if you're cooking it with lasagna or something, but I'd throw out the feta.

I would never trust daily that is more than 7 days past the expiration date.

no dont eat them, not safe. and i dont mean to be rude but if they were in ur fridge, u need to clear it out more often, having food in there that is nearly two months past its expiration date is gross!! sorry but its true!!
