Crush up aspirin and add a little water to make it into a paste. Then, apply the paste to the pimple and let it dry. Once dry, wash off and reapply the paste two more times. I do this three times a day and I haven't had a break out in years. It is natural and doesn't irritate your skin. There is an acid in aspirin that helps, and if you do it up to six times before your party, the pimple will be almost completely gone!

Alcohol (on the wound) and vitamin E cream might help. Otherwise clear spray on bandage and some aspirin might help.
Swallow the aspirin or pour liquid aspirin on to the sore. Antihistamine instead of aspirin might reduce the redness.

Also any cleansing scrub or face mask might help to open pores and allow oils to exit.

Pulling the skin apart can also open pores without damaging skin.

In any case you will likely have to use some makeup concealer, if redness doesn't go.

As for long term cure for pimples. General cleansing especially ph balanced hair products or saopless soaps such as "Sapaderm" (or whatever it was called) can help.

Teenage hormonal changes also are critical.

Boys in their teens or twenties often find their pimples go after they start having sex regularly. I do not know whether this works with girls or not. It could simply be that before guys start dating regularly their lack of hygiene is bad enough to promote pimples.

Skin Doctors, zit zapper! It is the absolute best ever!!! If I get a spot or zit, I apply it immediatly an if its not gone in 8hrs it definatly is in 16hrs. If u don't treat it as soon as it comes up then it'll take longer to go away but it dries it out so its not huge an angry! If ur in UK u can get it from Boots the chemist, but im sure its actually an Austrailian product. Try Googling skin doctors, then look for zit zapper on their web. It REALLY is the best!

Use a few drops of Visine on it. It helps to reduce the redness of the pimple. I do this constantly...it works. It's no miracle solution, but it does make a red pimple into a less noticeable light pink one.

Weird, huh?

If you are able to see your dermotologist, do so. He/she can extract it. If not, get an ice cube and rub it around the blemish. It will reduce the swelling temporarily. Then, stop touching it, or it will get worse or could cause another blemish. Before your party, apply cover-up to the blemish. MAC cosmetics sells some great products that do wonders to cover up. Worst case scenario (which is what I have done) is to cut yourself some bangs to hide the blemish. Good luck ;).
