Depends how she's feeling they say once the spots show it's not contagious anymore it's only just before they appear that it will pass around.
Also depends on country restrictions and airlines some may not let her fly regardless of contagiousness. Check with your doctor too just to be on the safe side they may advise not too incase she's more suseptable to picking up other illnesses while her body is battling chickenpox.

No way. She is very sick and should get over the illness before getting on a plane and potentially spread the disease. There are a lot of people who might not have been vaccinated against the disease and chicken pox is nothing to mess with. It is highly contagious.... both through touch and by breath. If your kid came in contact with someone who is immunocompromised, they could get really sick like with shingles. My advice is that you do not plan this travel that you want to do right now and wait until your child is better.
Did you hear in the news about that man who flew knowing he had tuberculosis and infected others?? Not a nice thing and really irresponsible to do something that you know could potentially harm others.

I doubt it. It's a contagious disease and there will probably be other children on the flight who've never had the disease before, and therefore will be suseptible.

On top of that, the child herself will feel miserable. Taking her on travels during her illness would be cruel.

Of course not! She won't feel well enough to fly, and she can transmit the disease to the other passengers.
