peace and blessings be upon you
yes
But do you know ?, the person who is clean from the inside , will be the person who see this beauty.
So , you may find people don't see this beauty.

At least , we must do what we see beauty in it.
The God is beautiful and love the beauty.

What you focus on increases; continue thinking postively and you'll start to see a change. Negative thoughts are just as powerful. I've seen someone sent into a coma by the thoughts of others.

I know this is going to sound like I'm a religious fanatic, but if you don't already have a spirituality that works for you, try to find a church of Religious Science. They changed my entire life for the better.

What you see outside is not a "reflection" of the inside, it is an interpretation of the outside done in accordance of the inside's thoughts and beliefs.

Yes, if we take the time to notice it, there is beauty all around us. Life gets tough sometimes, but if you choose to look at the world as a gracious place, you'll be surprised by what you begin to see.

Most things that happen are shades of gray. Our perception is what tilts them towards black or white.

Umm I don't see beauty in any form of meditating. Prayer, however, is an entirely different thing.

God bless!
