we ate a Tostino Pizza last night and I woke up with real bad stomach cramps and that was it ...then I heard about the recall and checked the empty box and realized it was on the list for recalled pizza. How long does e-coli take to show symptoms.

It depends on how much E-coli is in the food, and whether or not it was killed when cooking it - it could show up as quickly as 2 hours, and as long as 12 hours. If you haven't gotten ill after 12 hours, the worst that is likely to happen is a bout of diarrhea to clear out the bad stuff.

It depends on your body, sometimes things like that can show up in just a few hours or sometimes people don't have bad symptoms for a few days - a week; I'd give it another day and see what happens, maybe your body can fight whatever it is, off. if not, I'd go do some labs and a stool culture to see if anything pops up.

that depends on the amount ingested to begin with.
