Cranberry bread with cranberry sauce?

I am looking for a recipe for cranberry bread or muffins made with canned cranberry sauce. I can't remember where I found (and lost) my recipe.

CRANBERRY SAUCE BREAD

2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening, melted
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce

Put sugar in a large bowl. Sift flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well. Mix together the beaten egg, orange juice and lemon flavoring. Pour this into the flour mixture. Blend, then beat for a minute. Add the cranberry sauce and beat thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Let it set for 20 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Quick Cranberry Muffins

Quick and easy cranberry muffins recipe made with biscuit mix and cranberry sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
2 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter

PREPARATION:

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg, and butter. Mix until well blended. Break up cranberry sauce and fold into the batter. Fill greased and floured muffin cups about 2/3 full; bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes about 12 muffins
