None...Just like their own people. They don't have programs like we do for anyone. Why do you think so many risk their lives to come here? If they're starving they can't get Food stamps...They starve.

Roads, cheap labor, police protection, low tax rates.

Got to the coastal strip between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada B.C. and ask one of the nearly hundred thousand American ex-pats living there.

The only thing they do not have to put up with is being called illegal.
