No.
A "godly man" should not be equated with a "perfect man." My wife considers me "godly," but she would also tell you I'm a sinner and very imperfect!
The bible instructs us to marry believers (if we aren't married already). If we truly believe in God, then we should follow His commands.
Additionally, if we TRULY believe in God, we will be a disciple of God. That means that we should be looking for disciples of God in our partners. Being a churchgoer, being a deacon or pastor or saying all the right things aren't enough. If we are a disciple of God, we should settle for nothing less in our partner than one who lives a godly life because they live for God.
We should learn to live with the worldly imperfections (physical looks, etc.), but we should never settle for less than God's best...aka, less than a godly person who God has intended us to wed.

About just as much as any woman is fooling herself by waiting for a perfect man to marry. She's not perfect, nor will any man live up to her standards of perfection.
People should seek out and marry people they are compatible with. And a conservative, church-going woman will most likely be the most compatible and the happiest with a godly man. Just as an atheist would seek out another atheist.

No I do not think that.
I know of 3 different women who have done so and each have met a Godly man and two are married and the other will be getting married soon.
So it does pay to wait until God sends you a husband. That way you know you will have a happy marriage.
