your question really touched my heart... i dont wanna sound melodramatic or anything, but things like this really make me sad like injustice does, like war does, like hatred does... what i'd do in a situation like that???
I WOULD GET AWAY FROM THAT PLACE IN ANY WAY I CAN, because I would go crazy probably if someone forced me to do that stuff...! one of the most interesting things regarding this topic is the journey that first Muslims took when they were forced to do the very same thing you mention in pre-islamic Mekka... there, people also prayed to - I think there was even 360 idols! the problem occured when muslims didnt wanna do that coz they realized that there is only One God, and they were persecuted... so they just moved to Medina, a city nearby, where the inhabitants accepted Islam so the Mekkan Muslims were free to BELIEVE.
i'd get from that place u mention asap, if not for my sake, then for my children's sake... I truly wish u all the best, my God the Almighty help you!

No, if you're born into one of these tribes, you will do exactly what your Christian counterpart would do, carry on the traditions you were raised in.

(And for people who don't believe that kind of stuff still happens, check out the Discovery Channel's program, Taboo.)

What a crass and ignorant question.

I don't even care about your dig at Christianity ... but please educate yourself about 21st Century Africa.
