I'm a bit worried! I'm trying to stay hopeful that it won't last long but the last strike lasted 5 months! That could really screw up television programming, not to mention movies if the strike lasts long enough. I need my primetime telly!!

It would be terrible!! There are some shows I am really going to miss if this strike goes on too long. Do we really need more reality??

I know! I blame the studios. Why not just pay the people their royalties? Regular authors get royalties when their work is re-used. So do musicians and song writers. It's not like people getting paid for their work is a totally new concept. What's the problem?I do not want anymore awful reality TV!

It won't be much fun for avid TV watchers. But its not the end of the world. Maybe some of them will actually pick up a book and start reading or getting involved in things that don't involve watching TV.
