Sprinkle your favorite chesse on top of your chilli and then comes the pepper rings. Its like the chilli was made from God himself. Unless you don't believe in God because than I guess that would mean you don't believe in the chilli either. Well its just really good ok. corn chips too.
lol
I mean corn chips on the chilli. I've never had just corn chips and pepper rings.
lol sorry.

I sometimes have a jar of pickled pepper rings in the fridge, and they do get used quickly.
On top of burgers is a great choice (try them on hot dogs, too). I also like them thrown onto salads, or floated on top of soup or stew. I'll also chop them up, and mix them into barbecue sauce, for a little extra "kick".
Maybe this is just me: right out of the jar, with a fork.

I use them as a pizza topping, as a condiment on sandwiches, as an alternative to croutons on a salad and a filling in omelletes. Any dish that is a little too boring or plain, I add a few peppers.

I like to eat them on sandwiches, pizza, chopped up in chilli, on black bean burgers or on hamburgers. My son likes them so much he brings some to school everday to put on his sandwich.

They are fantastic on a PB&J sandwich. It stops the peanut butter from sticking to the roof of your mouth and adds just the right amount of spice to make it taste great.

"want to know what you do with them":
You could eat them on burgers, and some sandwiches and sometimes alone.

My favorite way is putting them in stuffed bread with cheese and baking it. But I've also used them in soups, chili, anything that needs a fresh jalapeno but I'm out at the time.

I have never tried them. I do like green bell peppers, though, like in chilli and in somtimes.

They would also be good with a big bowl of red beans and some cornbread.
