At Holy Communion, do the Church of England believe that the bread and wine become the body and blood of Christ, or is this simply a representation? What prayer do they say?

I'm not sure about the Church of England but it doesn't look like you're getting any answers anyway.

The Bible says the bread and the wine ARE the Body and the Blood of Christ. I don't understand it at all. But my faith leads me to believe this is an accurate statement. I assume, when we all get to heaven, we'll understand. Hope this is of SOME benefit.
