My relationship is very serious, he said it doens't bother him, I believe him a 100%. But I don't think he is thinking down the road like when I'm 40 and he is only 34. He says I'll be hot at 50 but come on seriously! I know it's my insecurity I just want to know if it's just my insecurity or if I'm not that far off.

think that fear is there no matter the age but yes it would always be there just for the fact we hear guys want younger or pretty but hey if he wants you now then you should be to worried just think he might be thinking the same way...my guy friend is 8 years younger an he got all pissed when i brought up the age diff. he says "if you love some one then age is nothing GOT THAT"

I'm 29 and I'm dating someone who is 23. The age difference doesn't bother me because we have a lot of things in common and good communication. All I can really do for now is work on strengthening the bond we have created. In the long run it will give our relationship a better chance of making it.

Alot of my friends enjoy dating older women. Some enjoy dating younger women. The fact that you are older might be one of the things he's finds attractive about you. I don't see it being ackward in asking if he's alright with the age difference.

30 year olds are way more experienced in bed. most have a career and are more independent than younger women. so why would you feel insecure??

fyi I am 23 and I would date a 30 year old.

No, because I'm married. But if I weren't, I could. The question is, could he have a serious relationship with a woman who is 6 years older than him?
