I started a workout everyday for 40-60 mins for the next 6 weeks. I really like the program and I feel like I am getting tighter, but when I step on the scale the number increases, and my clothes seem to fit tighter. Is this normal? If I keep doing the program will it eventually go in the other direction. It is so discouraging!!

I understand the whole fat to muscle and that weighing more, but will it reverse? I could stand to lose some pounds even though there is muscle involved.

Fat does not turn into muscle. If you're just starting out, its very unlikely that you have added enough muscle mass to affect the scale. That takes time. Months, not days or weeks.

You haven't defined "workout". Running? Swimming? Lifting? Prancing around to videos in your living room?

Most likely you've been eating more, perhaps in the belief that your exercise more than makes up for it.

it would desire to be a pair of motives.first of all is it a similar set of scales you have weighed on in the previous started, or no remember if it is boxing that extra beneficial 2 pounds would desire to no longer be fat it would desire to maximum probably be the muscle you have geared up up. i'd recommend you will desire to get a pair of scales that tells you the way lots fat weight you have had and how lots water and muscle you have. yet another ingredient you're able to do is degree your abdomen and stuff and this would practice as quickly as and for all what happening

you are converting fat to muscle, and muscle being denser than fat, weighs more per square inch. Keep it up, you will get toned and healthy.
