Why not try getting her spayed? This way, you never have to deal with heat cycles again! And even better, you are taking a big step toward helping the millions of dogs that are euthanized each year because of overpopulation.

The blood is not from her urinary tract, female dogs in heat bleed while they are in heat, the blood is coming from the genitals. It's normal. But yes, if it's bothersome, as some dogs are "cleaner" by licking themselves constantely, than others, you can get "doggie diapers" which will actually aid in warding off entry from male dogs and causing unwanted puppies. :-)

Please if she is in heat and you are not doing a planned breeding keep her away from males for the next 3 weeks

yes she isnt bleeding from her bladder that is just her blood from uterus getting mixed with urine
