The only way you'll stop is find someone else that rocks your world.......b/c if it's that good for you, I guarantee you'll keep doing it unless you find someone else to 'scratch' that itch!
Don't beat yourself up about it.....you're not the first girl to continue the physical relationship after the emotional one has left.

Why are you asking us how to stop? Why not just stop? It's your decision. There are other guys with skills in the bedroom, so you can make that up elsewhere. As far as your son, well yeah you need to see you're baby's daddy, but that doesn't mean you have to see him in a situation where it's just you two alone (giving you an opportunity to have sex). Even if you are alone, you can just say no. Or, you can just be honest with the guy and tell him that you don't want to have sex with him because you want to get on with your life like he got on with his.

You can stop this self-destructive sleeping with your ex by making sure you are never alone with him. When he has to pick up your child, or you have to drop him off enlist a friend to be with you or find a neutral third party (like one of your parent's houses) to leave your child for the exchange. You are worth more than to keep being used by him and sleeping with him isn't going to get him back. If he's "moved on" to another life but is still sleeping with you, he's proving he can't be trusted. Get a vibrator to deal with your sexual urges before you get pregnant by him again and make up your mind you don't need this kind of complication in your life to be physically and emotionally attached to someone who is no longer willing to build a life with you.

Do what he did and move on yet he is still using the "other one" too..Bottom line girl is all up to you..to let him go. And if nothing works than keep enjoying him remember there are always consequences..

i have had the same experience and my answer is stop it now move on cause hes moved on with his life and while your still sleeping with him he will have control over your life get your self someone who deserves you not that lowlife havin the best of both worlds
