The first there was a childlike faith to God. Then I walked away from that for some years.

Then I made a new commitment. I am still learning. Loving God is wonderful.

Honestly, and frankly, I used to believe more in God when I was younger than I do now.

I do not "not" believe in God, I just have no real proof and am beginning to wonder if that is a viable idea, or if there are holes in it.

I mean, sure, the Bible does have historical facts, Jesus did exist, King David did exist, Solomon did exist, but is the Bible the word of God, or is it just a very well-written literary piece?

I don't believe in miracles, as I have never seen one. I tried being saved once, but was not feeling it... I even got baptized, but again it was just wet...

Formulating beliefs based on faith is a strong power, I just don't happen to have it...

Actually, I did not know if there was a God or not - but I felt there was answer. In seeking the answer, I found God. No formulation of believes, just a direct experience of God.

I have always asked questions about my belief in god,and now I am a true believer of the only one god who has no sons and no companions ,and nothing in the world is like him, physics and philosophy led me always to ask thoroughly "why" and "how"..but I think that I found satisfying answers...

our senses did not see the lines of the magnetic field but we know that the magnetic force exists when noticing its effects...some times our senses deceive us and we see things in away different than reality.. we see the rod broken in the water due to light refraction but we know mentally that the rod is not broken...our eyes make us see the long road as if its two parallel lines meet at the end but we know that they really do not meat...we feel love and fear but we can not touch them by our senses ... our senses are not the only way to know reality and to know the cause of everything..our minds have lots of work to do ..
it is not a must to feel god with our senses to prove that he exists...so do you agree with me on my statements above so we could continue discussion???
any way ,the existence of god can be proved without referring to any written context ...

I believed like a child in the beginning. Then I realized that everyone else do not think the same way I do. That gave me a good reason to slide out from believing Him.

I abandoned my faith, and then Jesus called me back, and it has been great ever since.

I have always believe that there was a higher being then us, but not until I was an adult did I form my beliefs.

I was told there was a God when I was old enough to learn. And spent my life learning where to meet God and How to accept his presence in me.
