You mean manufactiring goods and things from stainless steel, right?
You might need :
Box and pan brake, cornice brake (Sheet metal benders).
Tungsten Inert Gas welder (TIG Welder) and Stainless welding rod/wire
Drill Press.
Metal saws.
I don't know how much money or floor-space you have, so I can't really answer your question. Although, you asked if you can *dream* of becoming a manufacturer, Everyone dreams, wheter you can do it or not is another story.

I don't understand what you mean by secondary manufacturer. Of coarse you can manufacture stainless steel provided you the resources to set up a plant.
