I'm getting really skinny after being skinny to start out with. And yesterday was the first time I had eaten in two days. I don't want to be anorexic or balemic how do I fix the problem of not wanting to eat?

One thing I suggest is to go see a doctor. He or she will tell you if you are underweight and give you a good diet to follow. You probably have a high metabolism, or even a thyroid problem that you do not know about. You could even have a tape worm, but that is less likely.

The best way to want to eat is to start eating on a schedule, at certain times of the day. Doing this will get your body used to eating and stretch your stomach a bit, giving you that hungry feeling that you are not getting anymore. You only feel hunger when your stomach feels empty, and the bigger your stomach is the easier it is to feel empty. Yours is probably very small and could easily feel full with a glass of water.

Most of us wish we had your problem :)

In any case, for health reasons, you need to be eating regularly so that your brain can continue to function properly. Eating healthy small meals would be wise. Don't go without eating just because you don't feel hungry. Although that would be wonderful for most of us, most of us have a lot of weight to lose, however since you have already said you're way too skinny, not eating is dangerous.

Let me give you a little history... in old times, monks used to purposely stop eating so that when they died they would die a painless death and so that their bodies would stay intact and mummified perfectly. Not eating is a painless death. One can actually die very slowly by simply not eating, and this type of death does not hurt.

So, while you are feeling great, and not eating, and are very skinny, you could be very well killing yourself... a slow painless death. You don't want that do you? You'll not even know you are dying, you'll just continue to get skinnier and skinnier until one day you are dead. So, please... seek medical advice and talk to a doctor.

the best way is to eat something in the morning. This will start your metabolism and will actually make you hungry later on in the day. I know that when I used to skip breakfast i could go all the way till dinner before I ate anything. And even then, I didn't eat much. Try eating an apple or even a bowl of cereal for breakfast and see how that helps.

stop being silly and eat.
by the way if u dont eat your hair also falls out and if u starve yourself for like 5 days and then eat it turns into fat.
you need help id book an appointment with the doctor for some support and they can put you on a special programme.
eat a varity of foods a day but healthy foods and get good protein.
exercise regulary.
this is the key to a healthy life.

Just eat, find stuff you like and eat it. Learn to cook and you may begin to like eating better. Don't go two days without eating anything. That's not healthy for you liver, kidneys or blood chemistry. Even if you only have a banana or a small salad, some bread and milk or juice for meal it's better than nothing.

If you don't want to actually eat, then at least drink 4 or 5 large, healthy smooties per day. Try ones with lots of fruit and make some with milk too. Also make sure your taking a multivitamin or else you will get really sick. If you can't even drink your calories consider seeking professional help.

Its best to fix the problem early. So if your at school, ask a concealer or your doctor. Don't be afraid to ask, realy friends will take it seriously.
Is something going on in you family? Try writing it down and getting your feelings out to someone.

Eat small and often until you can get into the doctor's. Make good choices about what you're eating and you'll be OK.

Example: Granola bar for breakfast, apple for snack, sandwich for lunch, banana for snack, a small portion of meat, starch, and veggie for dinner, glass of milk or cup of yogurt for snack.

My sister suffers the same thing. I think you should seek professional help asap.

Or just have a daily intake of multivitamins and glucose or a smootie.

Take like centrum and a smootie

I used to have no appetite at all for starters,
Then I started to cook my own stuff and eat them,
Watched lots of Jamie Oliver and found the pleasure of cooking and eating,
Helps me =)

Seek help you already have an eating disorder! This is a serious disease and can kill you. Please nip this in the butt before you get sick! After becoming very thin your body will start to decay. You will lose your hair and teeth then your organs!
