No, it does not go bad.
Why?
Bacteria need a freindly enviroment to grow - food, water and a comfy enviroment.
Honey is all sugar and very little water.
Bacteria will have food (honey) in the honey, but no water and a very unfriendly enviroment.
Since there is very little water in honey, bacteria actually die because the moisture gets sucked out of the bacteria (osmosis).
Also, I believe honey is naturally on the acidic side. The acidity also destroys bacteria.
The reason you don't feed honey to babies is that honey may contain botulism spores. Babies have a very weak immune system and can't defend against the botulism. Older children and adults have a developed immune system that can handle the spores.

honey is the one food that never spoils. It has even been found in the pharoah's tombs in Egypt, still good after all the years.

real honey never goes bad. it has a natural antiseptic that prevents the proliferation bacteria and other microbes in the honey. in fact you can use honey to disinfect wounds and help them heal.

i believe because of bacteria.
some say, not to feed babies honey, cuz of that, so i think it can go bad, depend on the situation that will cause it, maybe a foreign object in it...
