Most of them crash you. I've tried 5-hour energy and it doesn't seem to have the same crashing side effect.

ginseng..ginsana.

what works best for me...go outside early in the morning and do some yoga stretches...best to have a nice view of a garden, something pleasing to the eye and try and face toward the sun without looking right at it. They sun will energize you all by itself.. when you are through drink a big glass of cold water (another energy booster) I read about this in yoga magazine...once I started I couldn't stop..it works so well. I have never ever been a morning person.

it is also good to sit outside and just look at a nice view for a while. start morning out stress free

Ginseng with royal jelly works well for me. Also, there is an herbal supplement called Athletic Power Drops from Four Seasons Health Products. It contains ginseng, deer antler and other herbal ingredients and works very well.

I think these things work differently for every person, but some of the best know ones are Stackers 2 and Stackers 3, I never feel any different when taking them, I have tried many different ones because i work three jobs and am tired all the time, but have never found any that work for me, if you ever do find any that work let me know!
