Yes they do once they've entered the temple and made covenants before "god" they wear them. Mostly as reminders of the covenants made but also because they feel it protects them/shields them in some way.
Yes they believe if they are worthy enough they can become Gods and Goddesses and create their own worlds. They also believe in polygamy in heaven. Hubbies can have multiple wives but even as "gods" I doubt they'd have 100's.
There are lots of places online you can do searches for these things. If you look around you will find lots of interesting tidbits about the church and its teachings. On here you will probably find lots of way bads or way goods and not so much middle of the road about the mormons LOL.

Sounds like another Ed Decker fan.
When we go thru the temple, we are given special garments to wear under our clothes. They remind us of our covnenats.
As for being gods, Paul said that we can be heirs of God and joint-heirs wth Christ.
And the sex thing, that's just from Ed Decker's gutter mind. Especially with many women. We believe the marriage lss for eternity. But not with 100's of women.

i think of that it fairly is humorous to make certain all the various solutions to this question. What a stir a pair of underclothes might reason. they're worn for the duration of your existence and can be taken off for many diverse motives... bathe, swimming, excercise, something that could grimy, soil, or ideally be incredibly unrespectful to the covenant they characterize. (This point might nicely be desperate by using the wearer) They characterize covenants with the Lord, in precisely the comparable way as a clergymen collar does. the adaptation is his covenant is between him, the Lord, and his congregation, so it fairly is worn on the exterior. Mormons covenants are between them and the Lord, and subsequently saved sacred and worn below the clothing. it fairly is a relentless reminder of their covenants with God. does not seem so unusual inspite of each thing.

The garments that are worn by LDS members are neither magical nor mystical... they are worn for the sole purpose of reminding them of the covenants they make with God- IE Staying chaste, Abstaining from harmful substances, and most importantly, following the teachings of Christ. While wearing garments is somewhat odd in traditional Christianity, it didn't used to be. The Jewish priests who officiated in the temple were commanded to wear(almost identical to the mormons) sacred garments (exodus 29:5-9). According to Gnostic Christianity texts as well as other gospels of early Christianity(that didn't make it into the bible for one reason or another) speaks about how Christ taught his disciples to wear sacred garments (The Popes garbs are decended from these teachings- however they are now completely different than what they used to be and are more for ornamental purposes than sacred).
"Clement quotes the following passage from the Secret Gospel of Mark, which undoubtedly indicates that the ritual included a symbolic clothing in linen garments. "And after six days Jesus told him what to do and in the evening the youth comes to him, wearing a linen cloth over [his] naked [body]. And he remained with him that night, for Jesus taught him the mystery of the Kingdom of God."
If you are really interested about it, I suggest you research the topic of garments in ancient christianity- its very insightful.
The other parts of your question are exaggerations on mormon doctrine- Yes we believe our potential is to become like God- or "...joint heirs with Christ" as Paul says. And yes we believe Family and Marriage is Eternal but thats the extent of the doctrine- anything more is either opinion or misguided attempt to defame us (IE sex with other people's wives? are you serious?)
