why didn't the writers of the Bible have similar foresight?

Because the Bible is the word of God. It is perfect and complete. Amendments, why? So people could just add to scripture whatever they want? People do that already without changing the words of the Bible.

The writers of the constitution also expected it to be re-written by each successive generation, how often has that happened?

My faith is not a government. It is my personal belief. It doesn't effect you. If you feel persecuted, go through the political channels and remedy the situation. You don't have to worry about my religion. You don't believe in it. That is enough said.

Because they wants people to beleive only what they has to say. It is like mind control. If you writes something and says that it is what god wants you can write anything and get what you wants.
