I remember this a few years ago, there was a company that came to the UK and tried to do it - they had about 100 people who would walk around london/go on the tube, with your company name shaved into the back of their head

It didnt last long as I believe that the company is no longer around, but this is not much different from the guys with the sandwhcih boards or signs pointing to shops off of main roads (invariably shops which sell golf clubs, for some reason)

One of the most useful ads i ever saw was shaved into the back of someones head as he wondered through the glastonbury crowds selling rizlas - it worked a dream!

" Well i want to work hard for 30 to 60 days " HOnestly if you have this kind of plan better quit now. You won't do a thing in that short time. Progress takes months to notice, and years to complete. "Not looking to get supper huge" THis is the common mistake...Lowering the goal will just lower your results. Listen, even if you are looking to get super huge, and want it very bad, the chances are you probably won't get it...since it is so freaking hard...I have spent years in the gym and I still don't consider myself super huge. So you surely won't unintentionally get huge, don't worry about it. "what protein/whey/vitamins should i take so my body can be well fed & get the max every time i work out." I recommend: 20 gr BCAA pre workout. 50 gr Whey proteine, 20-25gr BCAA, 30gr dexrose, 15gr maltodextrine(last two are just sugars)...You can also add 20-25gr glutamine and 10 gr of creatine As for other supplementation use some multivitamin and Omega 3.

This was done in New York City, several years ago. A man used markers on his chest and back to advertise a product. I don't think it ever went anywhere as a big marketing idea.

Haha I don't know but Homer Simpson has a space on his brain saying place your advert here.

I guess you could have something shaved into your head and get paid. Its good publicity
