If you mean a Hammerhead bullet, as those loaded by Garrett Cartridge Company, the heaviest Hammerhead bullet Garrett loads is a 540 grain .45-70 bullet.

If you are talking about the heaviest hammer as in sledgehammer, the heaviest I've known are 42-pdr sledges. Those are real mothers to swing, but damn do they make things happen when they hit!!!!!
