Am a busy person. am not getting time to workout at all.
can somebody suggest me something.
will walking help.

Cardio with crunches on a big ball will do it. I do the elliptical machine and the rower everyday. I alternate crunches on the ball and back muscles with weight training for upper body. Your muscles need a day in between for repair. I start running today, actually. I'm doing a marathon in March. I'm going to start it anyway....who knows if I'll finish it...LOL

You can do tons of situps every day but if you have a lot of fat on your belly you wont see those nice tight abs! Get moving as much as you can (park further away from the store, take the stairs instead of the lift etc) and walk as much as you can. My tummy is my problem area too so I feel your pain!

Unfortunately there is so much bad advice going around. I tried everything to flatten my stomach. Luckily I found a site that really helped me. The weight loss advice really made a difference.

umm... walking will help a little but i suggest sittups. :D
