While you are in the AF - take off duty college courses using the Tuition Assistance Program - This will pay 100% of your tuition while you are active duty.
Also, you can take CLEP Tests for free. - These are tests that will basicly give you college credit, enabling you to bypass certain degree required classes.
If you haven't completed your degree while in the AF, then you can always complete it by utilizing the GI Bill. Giving you almost $40k in education funding. (providing you have signed up for the GI Bill pgm)
Go through the two web sites I provided
Click on each program - They will give you a really good outlook on how you can get your edcuation through the Air Force.
The websites will also tell you about the Commissioning Programs from the Enlisted side.
- AECP (Airman Education & Commissioning Pgm) »
- ASCP (Airman Scholarship & Commissioning Pgm) »
- Scholarships for Outstanding Airmen to ROTC (SOAR)
- Professional Officer Course-Early Release Pgm (POC-ERP

just having the 4 year degree does NOT mean you will be offered a Commission. getting a 4 year degree while enlisted will be very hard, especially if you do not have any current college credits, as your military duties will always take precedence.
This is true for both Navy and AF. Each Branch does, however, have a program where you can apply as an enlistee to attend college full time on their dime and at the end you will be commissioned. Navy calls it STA-21. They are very competitive as you are expected to get a 4 year degree in three years. Most people apply several times before being accepted.

You can easily get your degree while you are enlisted. While serving you can take correspondence courses with the many universities that offer on-line classes. You can then enroll in the Officer Candidate School. Or if you start out enlisted in the reserves you can attend a university with an ROTC program in the branch which you would like to join and get the college experience while learning to become an officer.
A third option is simply to be an exemplary soldier (airman, seaman, marine etc.) and get recommended for a direct commission.

During our time in military An IQ of 90 was the passing grade for an enlistedman, they have lowered it to seventy because new generations can not pass it. To take an Iq exam
as an officer our IQ must not be lower than 120, just hope they have lowered it also. To apply in any other military outfit you must have a college diploma. To make it easier your grades must be 80 and above and no dropped subjects. If you are lucky you will have a rank of probationary
2nd Lt. You are going to undergo 6 months training and 6 months OJT. Afterwards you're going to apply for commissionship, upon approval your serial number will be released. Then another application is needed for Cad (call to active duty) there, you are going to undergo physical, psychological, and psychiatric examinations (beware if you think they're easy, little mistake will make you crazy). Even if you are an enlisted man you're going to pass thru the same process unless you're the son of the "gods".
You can go directly to the air adjutants office in their main headquarters. There they will guide you to a recruitment office under their command. OK/

You can apply for Officer Candidte school once you have your degree. If going enlisted while working towards your degree, seek out a service/job classification where you will be able to take classes towards your degree.

You can become an officer after being enlisted but it is much easier to set up your enlistment while being in college so you can go to officer training right after college. Talk to your recruiter.

Officer coaching college is your thank you to pass. in case you have solid grades as already reported in the previous, you will desire to have the means to get in. Your terrific shot at starting to be an officer is to get in from the get-pass. as nicely, in common terms officers get to grow to be pilots (if that be your interest). put in your 2 a protracted time, then grow to be a doughnut muncher and assemble double pensions yet another 2 a protracted time later!
