Most numbers are vague depending on how you choose to word the question. Christian god? God in general? Someone sitting on a cloud? But I generally believe
17%-25% are fundamentalist
50% are general go with the flow C & E people
25% are free thinkers or follow their own path
Most christians will freely pad these numbers & say things like 95% of people are christians. But I would disregard this simply because you can't get high percentages of anybody to agree on anything together.

About the same percentage that are unable to find the United States on a map of the world...about 70%.

The general idea of a god...probably 90%
The Christian God probably 75-80%

It is really hard to get good numbers.
