Sir, i imagine you merely insulted heritage and faith, and spat at it with really rotten saliva; WHAT befell TO CHRISTIANITY?! a minimum of understand the order, and do not merely shove incorrect assistance (and wording) into persons's faces. First there changed into Judaism, then Christianity (the position some Jews switched over), then got here Islam (to which some Jews and Christians switched over). My God... and no, Muslims did not make it up. study slightly more advantageous about that. And the problem is ISLAM, no longer "MUSLIM". it is like declaring "ok, CHRISTIAN is a very huge subject matter in the present day". playstation : the first actual Muslims were Pagans.

In like 700 & something CE, the prophet Muhammed (forgive the spelling my muslim friends!) received a vision in which the angel Gabriel delivered to him the ineffible word of god, which I think he memorized first, and wrote down later, which became the Koran (Qu'ran). If I remember correctly, he had multiple (at least 2) visitations/visions.

Religions tend to evolve rather than appear as a single idea.
Islam pre-dates Christianity in as much as people like Moses from the old testament are prophets in Islam.
It is probably fair to say though that most of the Worlds religions as we know them today evolved over the 200-300 years before Christs birth.
Prior to that religion was more to do with mythology and most religions had several Gods.

Muhammad introduced Islam in 610 AD about 22 years before his death. It is a man made, man conceived religion filled with contradiction.

Most non-Muslims think it began from Prophet Mohammad over 1400 years ago.
This is not true. Islam is the religion of God and He taught first man Adam and every Prophet that afterwards came to teach the same religion and that is to believe in One and only God and worship Him only and no one else. People kept changing the basic belief by adding other man made gods and giving their religin different names.
Jews starting calling their religion as the religion of the descendents of Juda -one of the 12 sons of Jacob the Prophet of God. Followers of Jesus who also taught to worship Father (God) call themselves as Christians to distinguish themselves from followers of other religions.
Basically Abraham, Isaac, Ismael, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad all taught to believe in one God who has created heavens and earth and every thing in between the two. They all taught to worship same one God. The Books they follow Torah, Bible and Quran are Divine Revelations from God.
Quran is the last unaltered Book from God, so Muslims believe and read only this book which almost cover knowledge about all aspects of human life.
Islam means submission to the will of God. Any one who believes in one God and worship that one God only is a Muslim. Since all the above mentioned Prophets taught to believe and worship same God, Islam is the religion of all times beginning from Adam. Mohammad said, I am like a last brick that completes the house of God or the religion of Islam. Which means that every Prophet that came taught some thing basic (From Adam) about Islam and I am the last who have taught with the final Message of God - the Quran to complete the knowedge of Islam.

Islam started with man creation,
The God create Adam and give him many things , and Adam worshiped his creator.
The word Islam ,means surrender to the God and worship him only.
Then the God didn't want to force people to worship him but liked to give them the absolute freedom in their acts.and in the other side ,he didn't let them but he kept guide them by creating the mind inside their heads and and by sending the prophets and the miracles.
The God choosed Mohammed to be his last prophet and send him by the Greatest book Quran .
