IF there is a god and IF there is a devil and IF the god created the devil and IF the god loves everything that it created then, yes, the god loves the devil.
That's logic, that is.
But as none of those ifs can be answered with a yes it means nothing whatsoever

The Lord loves all but Satan is a Fallen angel no matter what you do or commandment you break you will always be forgiven the devil breaks alot of commandments and creates sin but I know if he ask for forgiveness he would recieve it also who ever comes to the Lord and turns his life over to Christ Luke 24: 47 (NLT) With my authority, take this message of repentance to all nations. beginning in Jerusalem: There is forgiveness of sins for all who turn to me.
Acts 13:38-39 (NLT) Brothers, listen! In this man Jesus there is forgivenss for your sins. (39) Everyone who believes in him is freed from all guilt and declared right with God-something the Jewish law could never do.
If needed I'm sure I can find more verses and getting ready to have coffee with a Pastor I'll check with him.

The bible doesn't suggest He hates the Devil, He still treats him fairly. He hates the deeds of the devil but He did not provide a way back to his former glory like He has done for us through Jesus.

Well, we don't know if God do the Devil. I think not. Who made God?? . I think that Good and Devil were made by the same person, and for this God don't love Devil...
Personally I'm an atheist .

Yes. He only banished lucifer for his own good, and because there was an important job for him to do. We don't know who made the Angels, perhaps God did, or perhaps he didn't, but if he didn't did God's punishment of Lucifer constitute creating the devil?
Christianity teaches you that you must forgive and be compassionate against those that sin. Those that preach earthly retibution, intollerance and vengence are not true christians.

No. The devil was once an angel but became jealous and tried to be God. He got thrown out of Heaven and is not loved by God.

When God created the "devil", his name was Lucifer. He was described in the Bible as the most beautiful and gifted of the angels. God created/fashioned him with love and good gifts.
Lucifer wanted to be just like God and be worshiped as God. He encouraged a rebellion against God that involved 1/3 of the angelic beings. All those who rebelled were thrown out of heaven. He was then known as satan or the devil.
I believe God loved Him and that his rebellion wounded God's heart severely and left a hole in his heart. The only picture I can think of that is close to that is how I would feel if one of my two daughters tried to destroy me, steal from me and turn all my friends and relatives against me. I would be devastated; I'm sure God was truly devastated.

God loved Lucifer ("the devil") until Lucifer rejected God's love and disrespected God's authority as creator and master. See, God had a plan already laid out, but Lucifer thought that he could do better, thus slapping God in the face and rejecting the perfect nature of God. Keep in mind, this isn't like your little brother showing you up, this is a perfect and infallible creator being told that he is wrong, which insinuates that there is a flaw in God's perfection and his words are not true. God's perfect nature and the unshakable covenant of infallibility is what binds creation together, so for Lucifer to challenge God, Lucifer was really saying that God is a liar and incapable of coming up with the perfect plan of existence and redemption to satisfy the needs of justice for the fallen creation and for all of us to experience life in the flesh. The absence of perfection and holiness is the presence of evil and impurity. God can not be in the presence of evil because he is completely holy. Lucifer's "alternate plan" implied that God is therefore impure because his word is not perfect. Light and darkness can not occupy the same space, nor can goodness and evil. Since God is 100% goodness and Lucifer challenged God's perfect plan, he implied that God isn't 100% goodness.. thus part "darkness".. Since Lucifer made this challenge, he was also rejecting God's holiness and his loving plan for creation, thus made his choice to be separated from God as one of the "despisethed of God"... "those who have made their own choice to reject being in the presence of the holy and perfect creator." Lucifer doubted and denied Gods purity ("light") therefore he became impure ("darkness")... impurity can't exist with purity.. light can't exist with darkness.. make sense?
It's not an easy question, so I can't give an easy answer. But things like this shouldn't be easy, huh? Not when the eternal destinations of souls and the redemption of creation is at stake - that's some pretty important stuff! ;)

I don't think God made the devil. People, especially the religious ones use the "devil concept" as a scare tactic for the world to have more faith in their religion.
