because I have a friend whom parties alot and is a smoker,
she eats lots of junk food and the only time she "exercises"
is when we walk the college halls !

I on the other hand weigh 113 pounds and am 5' 1",
I have big breasts and my waist is average and my legs go with it though, but my friend's waist is thinner and her legs are not big but they are more "womanly", or curvy but not fat.
I am athletic and eat the same as her but I gave up the drinking and smoking like 3 years ago !
Can someone tell me why is this so ?

obviously the nice body is genetics only but still we can shap our body by doing physical exercise and having controlled food dieat .and your case is also a genetic alike because every body has his/her own body structure, its not necessary that the impact of one thing should be same in compare with others. Although everybodies body functions are the same but when a body comes into effect of a particular thing, it not the same.suppose if your friend is having more junk food than u and smoke too. but its not necessary that this food and smoking will effect her from now may be later it might effect.and definately it will effect because our body structure is different not parts of the body .so no need to worry about them let them do whatever they do,later they have to suffer and u just concerntrate your work and maintain good physic by exercising and having good controlled diet.

It's related both to genetics and to diet and fitness. Caloric requirements increase during adolescence, but lessen as growth and maturation is completed. If you continue to eat at the adolescent level and do not exercise, no genetic influence is going to keep you thin. If you don't exercise, you eventually get flabby, especially in the abdominal area. But you should also exercise for better heart and lung function.

There is a genetic influence on leg shape and the tendency to accumulate fat in certain body areas. I personally doubt that specific exercises to slim specific body parts are effective, in spite of the many claims and advertisements.

Well, I wasn't considering what I used to be dressed in and, allow's simply say that the ones sanatorium robes do not go away plenty to the creativeness at the bottom. The nurse got here up from in the back of me and positioned a blanket over my shoulders . . . I used to be pondering why it used to be a bit of drafty again there!
