Church of Christ about 5 yrs ago. I wasn't raised in any church, but I attended a Southern Baptist Church with my aunt when I was little, between the ages of 8 and 11.

Some small church in a random village somewhere in south-east Spain.
And that was two or three years ago now.
I took a peek inside... but the air was stifling in there. I left promptly because I couldn't breathe it. A pity... because it was actually quite pretty. Old spanish churches are quite a sight compared to the wooden crap that gets put up in Canada and the US these days. I then went to watch the eagles circling nearby. Spain was beautiful in its own strange sorta way (though I hated the weather)... yeah.
Next one we came to as a group I stayed outside... but other students ran in... brought out some Holy Water and splashed it on me from behind while I was sitting on the steps. That was some seriously nasty stuff.

Excluding weddings, funerals or those historical ones I've just visited because they are architectural wonders?
My childhood church, which was a baptist church which only taught the Old Testament. I walked out in 1984.

The last church I was in was a Russian Orthodox church to attend a funeral. I otherwise make it a practice not to go to church as I find the average Christian's conception of God particularly small minded and unpleasant.
