Literally: "all of the saints"

This is the Hebrew name for Halloween, or more commonly Leil Kol Hakdoshim: "night of all the saints".

1 word is missing
It means al The holy { missing }
It can be people or places or what ever
But the word kedoshim is in plural
So the missing word should be between
Kol { missing } kedoshim

It's hard to say when it's in transcription like this.
Kol could mean either "all" or "voice".
It could mean all the holy ones
or the voice of the holy ones.
