It's like asking "what's the difference between Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire?" They're different books from the same series, that's all.
And what do you mean by "the prayer"? There are hundreds of prayers, some of which come from different books of the bible, and others which were written separately.
