my sensei told me that u start off with meditation.

i've already achieved a calm and steady mind, but wen do i learn wen i'm ready?

and wat happens after that, how do i ACTUALLY LEARN to project my chi?

CAN ANYONE HELP PLZ!? MUCH APPRECIATED IF U DO :D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also, how do u sit properly in meditation cuz my back usually gets REALLY sore after an hour and my neck starts to fall back and it has to snap back upwards and i lose a bit of focus

I'd suggest you find a qualified instructor in either the Chinese art of Tai Chi Chuan or the Japanese art of Ki-Aikido or Shin Shin toitsu Aikido as these arts deal more with internal Chi and Ki projection than most other arts. Trying to learn thru the net or books won't cut it, you need supervised instruction from a qualified teacher.

step 1:
eat lots of beans

step 2: feel the power building up in your stomach

step 3:

focus and release that power through your sphincter

step 4:

clean your shorts
