my sensei told me that u start off with meditation.
i've already achieved a calm and steady mind, but wen do i learn wen i'm ready?
and wat happens after that, how do i ACTUALLY LEARN to project my chi?

also, how do u sit properly in meditation cuz my back usually gets REALLY sore after an hour and my neck starts to fall back and it has to snap back upwards and i lose a bit of focus
