Don't worry it's just raging hormones I suppose, that's completely 100% normal and natural, you're simply just a horny teenage girl I guess, it's all good 100% normal and natural. Hey I'm a guy and I get random erections all the time for no apparant reason, sometimes I'm not even thinking anything sexual when bam there's an erection, and sometimes it happens at the worst of times like at school even in the middle of a test although the whole erection in the middle of a test thing rarely happens but it happens sometimes, sometimes the erection won't go away not even if I just keep on focusing on my work it still happens, and I'm always put in a position where I have to choose continue studying with the rest of the class or at least the majority of the class or continue enjoying this erection that feels so freaking good, but since I'm in the middle of class sometimes 'm starting class I always end up choosing study over some real good fun, you think my body would've learned by now to not pop up erections during class, but my body simply doesn't seem to learn at all, I blame it all on out of control hormones and puberty it's been like that since I turned 14 and now I'm 16 almost 17 I'm still like that if anything I now get even more random surprise erections then I did at 14, at least you're lucky that you can very easily hide your hornyness, I on the other hand 'm not so lucky.

0.9% sodium chloride and water. There is no potassium in normal saline.

The amount of water doesn't matter. In order for it to be normal saline it must contain 0.9% sodium chloride. So you could have 1 liter of saline or 250 ml of saline - as long as they both contain the 0.9%NaCl they are normal saline.

Saline water is a general term for water that contains a significant concentration of dissolved salts (NaCl). The concentration is usually expressed in parts per million (ppm) of salt.

The salinity concentration level used by United States Geological Survey classifies saline water in three categories. Slightly saline water contains around 1,000 to 3,000 ppm. Moderately saline water contains roughly 3,000 to 10,000 ppm. Highly saline water has around 10,000 to 35,000 ppm of salt. Sea water has a salinity of roughly 35,000 ppm, equivalent to 35 g/L.
