It is a software package that allows you to do pc board design, layout, schematic capture, and SPICE simulation.

that is what I call a 'complete' electronics design package.

I have never used it, so I don't know how extensive its libraries are, or its full capabilities (i.e. could it simulate a board with 1000 components, and layout a 16-layer pcboard).
