I quit my job without giving a 2 week notice. My district manager asked me if I plan to ever come back to work for the company and I said no. So she said that she was going to mark me as non-rehirable. Is this going to effect my employment record? Im a student now and dont plan on getting a full time job for like another 6 years. Would I be able to put this employment on my resume? I worked there for 2 years.

I would use it on a resume, for sure.
After all, you quit. They didn't fire you.
You would not be eligible to draw unemployment.
But former employers are very careful what they say about former employees, these days.
The less they say, the better, because they don't want to take a chance on a lawsuit.
All they will tell your next employer is your job description and the dates you were employed with them.

The only way it's going to hurt you is if you get a new job and that employer wants to check references. If is really is 6 years later than there's a good chance that person may not be there and they will only be able to verify employment. You made your decision to quit without notice. I can tell you that you should practice better etiquette when leaving employers. You need them to give you a good reference for your next position. If you land your dream job and they call your previous manager up and he says something like; "he was a good up until he left without giving notice" This is a big red flag, and brings in your level of commitment to your new manager. Learn to not "burn bridges", even if you can't stand your current job.

yes

non rehireable will not affect your resume, most companies do not give out references unless you ask them to and never do they give out negative comments so they will not get sued.

They will simply confirmed the dates you worked for them and that you left on your own.

This means that the company you worked for will not hire you again because you told them that you did not plan to return to work there. It is an internal note in your file. It should not affect your ability to get a job elsewhere.

Your blacklisted on that company. If that company is a member of a large group of companies then it would be of great chance that you are also blacklisted on the other companies.

Bad decision my friend. Finish all you commitments and do not just turn back and walk away.
