Yes. It is from HK.

About Japanese game, you should check on the back of game. There will be subtitle, manual, and voice of the game.
THERE WILL BE CHINESE for sure 100 % for both subtitle and manual (usually voice still japanese) on ASIAN version.

English subtitle is also included. For game manual, it is not 100% English manual.
You can check FOLKLORE (ASIA version).
It has English for subtitle and voice (not game manual). Also Chinese on subtitle and game manual.

** game manual is a guide book inside the game box **

Hope it will help u.

If it fairly is a psthree you're speaking approximately, then definite the video games (and in basic terms the video games, i.e you could no longer play video clips from any area) are area unfastened meaning you could play a interest from everywhere on any PS3. The PS1 and a pair of besides the undeniable fact that, are no longer. The Philippines and Australia are diverse areas, so in case you had to purchase video games you're able to could import them.

There are three major regions for PS3:
1). NTSC J - Japan, etc.
2). NTSC U/C - USA, Canada, etc.
3). PAL - Europe, Australia, Oseania, etc.

A lot of japanese games are in japanese only (try to visit ww.famitsu.com from google translator - http://www.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.famitsu.com%2F&langpair=ja%7Cen&hl=en&ie=UTF8 ). Some of those games (as mentioned above) have got subtitles, some of them don't.

What I did is registered one profile on my PS3 as a Hong Kong resident - you can see which demos they have.
