In the NFL Commercial "Can't Stand the Jets", is that Tim Bolen, of the Weather Network, at the BBQ?

Tim Bolen, works for the weathernetwork, does some work for Rogers TV..looks just like the guy who is hosting the BBQ, and when complimented on his place says "Its alright but I can't stand the Jets". Confirm, or Disconfirm.
Its an NFL commercial, in the series were someone unwittingly 'bashes' a team, only to be overheard and reprimanded by a die-hard fan of said offended team.

You might find Mike Siedel from The Weather Channel at those tail gate BBQs as well.
