God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

God would exist in Hell is some form; this does not negate His omnipresence, because if He were not in Hell as well as Heaven, He could not be omnipresent. A Socratic analogy:
Major syllogism: Water is everywhere on Earth.
Minor syllogism 1: Air is not water.
Minor syllogism 2: Air contains water vapor.
Conclusion: Water is everywhere, because water vapor is still water.
Don't forget the major syllogism in theism: that God is three-in-one, existing in states like water: Jesus (solid/colloid, since he is half-God, half-human), the Holy Spirit (liquid), and God (gas).
So since He exists in all three forms at once, and there are passages in the Bible implying the presence of each form in Hell at one point, God would have to exist in Hell, either as Himself (architect of Hell), Holy Spirit (monitor/warden of Hell), or Jesus (visitor to/temporary boarder in Hell).

i'm an atheist, but was once a devout catholic. the way they explained hell to me was that it wasn't so much a physical space wherein your damnation is carried out by some beurocratic minions of hell, but hell is the absence of god. having God's love taken away.. like a carrot on the end of a string for eternity. but yes, God is there too technically, he's just not looking right at you...
God can be wherever you want him to be, just like santa claus can get in your house without setting off the Slomin's Shield. imaginary creatures have a wonderful bag of tricks
Lucifer (latin for Light Bearer) used to be an angel in God's divine parade (or whatever the hell the angels do besides looking fruity in art renaissance art) , but apparently God didn't want to unionize or some BS like that so he was cast down. what exactly is holy anyway? swiss cheese is holy

I think of God more as an ever present energy swirling around us. Yes it's possible to think that God resides even in the darkest places of hell.

You are right...God is in the space between us. God is in the table in front of you. God is everything and everywhere and everyone. What this means is that we are god....since god is the cosmic energy which makes up all...so really in the end all is really one and the concept of the 'self' is just illusion. The Tibetan book of the dead gives many answers on these subjects

Ps 139 says "even if I went down to the depths You would be there." That means that nothing escapes God's knowing. There is no tiniest detail or the most grandeose detail in all the universe that escapes God's full knowing. Isa 55 says "As high as the heavens are above the earth, so muchh higher are my ways than yours."
God is omniscient, omnipresent; Sovereign, Majestic, and mind bogglingly knowledged. Read Job chapters 36-42 where God talks about Himself.
God is in the most holy place, Heaven.

Satan is a creation of God, and since everything created by God has a divine spark in it, that means Satan is Holy.
Ave Satanus!

Yes he is there, and as the Bible clearly stated, Satan was intentionally created by God. Whoever may say otherwise, well, first I would ask them, what would He have to fear of a small thing?
