I give you credit , for Making a great decision to join Miliary here in the States.
What part of Mexico do you live at. If you are close enough to the States then come here to speak to a recruiter. If not i suggest maybe going to

an calling or emailing a recruiter to answer your questions.

You need to be 21 years old to sponsor people for a green card. Once you are 21 you can sponsor your dad but you can not sponsor your grandma for a green card, she is not a close enough relative. Your dad could do that but he would have to wait until he becomes a US citizen. To sponsor your dad you basically just need to fill out the forms and show that you make the required amount of money in order to support him. IDK the exact times but its usually under a year for the parent to get here. Also they don't allow green card holders to get government services really, so you sign and say that you're responsible to keep him from needing anything like food stamps or other help. If he did get that stuff before he's allowed you'd owe the government for all the money they spent on him. I think you're also responsible for any bad debts he incurs, talk to a lawyer about the specifics of that I guess? I mention that because my sister in law sponsored her mom and like a week after she got here she fell on an escalator and broke her leg, sil had to pay for all the [expensive!] hospital bills herself cause she hadn't gotten her insurance yet and she couldn't get medicaid legally. Make sure you find some health insurance for your dad when he gets here! The current income requirement is like 125% of the federal poverty level for a family of your size. If it was you as a single person sponsoring your dad, that'd be considered a family of 2 people and you'd need to make a little over $18,000 per year.

you will have to take the ASVAB and qualify first., since you don;t speak English, you may not get a high enough score on it to qualify. so work on your English( as ALL aspects of military life are conducted in English, so you absolutely MUST be able to speak, read, write and understand it fluently)

also, make darn sure you really are a US citizen.. because if you have never set foot on Amererican soil at 18, you may have an issue.

Since you are an US Citizen I suggest you just apply for the army. You are an US Citizen after all.
