People who commit suicide are broken. No one in their right mind would punish something that is broken.

This has been an issue of debate for many years. My ex girlfriend commited suicide almost 7 months ago to the date. I'd like to think that she is in heaven, but I cannot ignore the facts of the Bible stating 'Thou shall not kill'. Ex. 20:13. Maybe God has mercy, maybe he doesn't. God judges our hearts and only He knows what was in the individuals heart. I'll tell you one thing about suicide. It is a very selfish act. I'd imagine that the average person who commits suicide has hundreds of selfish 'woe is me, i'm the only person who has ever gone through what I have gone through' thoughts which lead to the act. Forget family. Forget friends. Forget who I leave behind. Screw them, right? I wouldn't bet on anyone commiting suicide making heaven. But it isn't God's fault. It is the individuals. RIP Amanda.

Why do you ask? Are you thinking about committing suicide?
It's not what God does to us, but what we do to ourselves.
Malachi 2 says not to deal treacherously with ourselves.
The thing is, how can we believe that God would raise us from the dead, a total miracle, but yet doubt that He can help us work out our problems now? Suicide means that we have told God "Listen, I am too big a mess for you to handle." We are only saved by faith; so if we believe God can raise us from the dead, but He cannot handle our current problems, we cancel out our faith. If we cancel out our faith, how can we be saved?

if there is a god,i am not him.So how could i possibly presume to know what this presumed entity would do to a person that commits suicide? I guess i could read one of the many books out there on the many different gods people believe in. then take those human writers word for it.But to me that would be a rediculous thing to do.

Please remember: God is Parent.
God is Good. God NEVER do bad, and NEVER EVER brake His Divine Principle
The problem is not God. The problem suicider(s). Because of their ignorance they consider suicide as the way. But this way is AGAINST GOD, and AGAINST GOOD. Because this is against Purpose of Creation, which is also GOOD.
By committing suicide suicider leaving God's realm, in case of fallen men suicider leaving salvation realm - the realm from where God can save descendants of Adam and Eve(those who contain the original sin).
This means: by committing suicide suicider leaving no choice for God - as our Parent to save his only child(we all only child of God because everyone is unic microcosm and part of Universe).
By committing suicide suicider brake God's heart and leaving no hope for Parent God helpless watching action of his ignorant child.
Even though and Because God is love God will not stop ignorant or stupid child from suicide, because God wants to be loved not by robots but by those who choose to love(not brake His Heart) God by their own will.

In line with islamic teaching all people who committed suicide except who has mad illness,will go to hell.They will be punished by God by very hot fire because they did not wait God's decision when they will die.They did not be patient in experiencing bad luck during their lives..God hates suicide because it against with God's willingness.

No one has the right to tell God what to do. Only He knows the condition of the heart.
There are many reasons that people commit suicide. Just because they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior doesn't mean they're not susceptible to whatever it was that caused them to do that.

I think that he sends 'em to Hell. God gave us life to spend it like He wishes. If one rejects his present,then he commits a sin. Anyhow, it's so silly committing suicide, CZ when u pass away, it'll be much harder than here, CZ you go to Hell.

If the person committed suicide in name of a fanatic believe , for his country , for personal reasons, this person will go to Hell and be forced to suffer a lot there, after he/she will be a ghosts for a while till be accredited another physical body in this planet.
