I don't mind questions that incite thought or even those that controversial... but questions like "Why are Christians such Dumb conservative *******?" or "Why don't athesists read the bible and find out that they are dumb liberal *******?" Seems a bit troll-like and silly to me..

Second I was appalled.
Third I was tired.
Four I discovered the idiots on both sides of the equation were not smarter than a 5th grader.
Five I did not care anymore.

It's just the nature of it. Have fun with it, but don't take these 'wars' too seriously. They were being fought when I first discovered yahoo five or six years ago, and they were old then.
They will probably STILL be being fought in five, ten and 100 years time.
If you feel like having a battle today, join in, if not, there are heaps of interesting Questions by people who are not involved.
It's entertainment, mostly :-)

Yes. I like a good debate but some people go over the top and are just mean. Obviously those people are insecure about who they are and what they belief either way. Just ignore the stupid questions and respond to the thought provoking ones.

I know what you mean. It's fine to fight, I mean you can't do it in real life and stay out of prison. It's just when stupid people get on and turn an intelligent debate into something that 2nd graders would be ashamed of.

Agreed on the type of questions - but I don't tend to other even opening them. They go unanswered, they stop being asked.

I love this brawl. I'm an atheist and its so easy to win. I love to watch Christians squirm their way out of questions they don't really know how to answer.
